You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

• Donors and contributors

• Sellers and service providers

• Volunteers and general users

Each role may have different permissions, responsibilities, and access levels.

5. Platform Use & Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful and ethical purposes only

• Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse

• Not upload false, harmful, or misleading content

• Respect humanitarian values and community standards

Sabeeli reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

6. Marketplace Transactions

• All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers

• Sabeeli may facilitate payments, escrow, or milestone releases

• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders and contracts

• Buyers are responsible for reviewing offers and agreements

7. Donations & Crowdfunding

• Donations made through Sabeeli are voluntary and generally non-refundable

• Donors acknowledge funds may be allocated according to project needs

• If a project is canceled, funds may be reassigned or returned when legally required

Transparency remains a core commitment of Sabeeli.

8. Fees & Payments

Sabeeli may charge:

• Optional premium or visibility fees

All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Sabeeli.

Users may not:

User-generated content remains the property of its owner, with a license granted to Sabeeli for platform use.
